Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the uubuzz platform. By creating an account or placing a bet, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.
1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and uubuzz ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at uubuzz.asia (the "Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately. uubuzz reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. 2. User Eligibility & Account Registration
To be eligible to open a uubuzz account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the duration of your account:
- Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. uubuzz may request documentary proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in account suspension.
- Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
- Single Account: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active uubuzz account. Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing promotional restrictions or otherwise abusing the Platform is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances.
- Accurate Information: All information provided during registration โ including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile number, and payment details โ must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
- Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. uubuzz accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
- No Prohibited Status: You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of uubuzz, nor an immediate family member of such a person, unless prior written consent has been obtained from the Company.
3. Identity Verification (KYC)
uubuzz operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme consistent with industry best practices for anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) compliance. All players are required to complete KYC verification before processing their first withdrawal. The Company may also request verification at any other time, including during periods of unusual account activity.
Accepted identity documents include: National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or driver's licence. Proof of address documents accepted include recent utility bills, bank statements, or official government correspondence dated within the past 90 days. Proof of payment method may also be required where bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay accounts are used for deposits or withdrawals.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods
uubuzz supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (เงณ).
4.1 Deposits
- Minimum Deposit: เงณ200 per transaction via all supported mobile financial services.
- Maximum Deposit: Per-transaction and daily deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of deposit. Limits vary by payment method and account tier.
- Own Account Rule: All deposits must originate from a payment account registered solely in the name of the uubuzz account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being reversed and the account being reviewed.
- Processing Time: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay deposits are typically credited to your uubuzz wallet within 60 seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes during banking hours.
- Currency: All funds are held in Bangladeshi Taka (เงณ). uubuzz does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
4.2 Withdrawals
- Minimum Withdrawal: เงณ500 per transaction.
- KYC Requirement: All withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but cannot process withdrawals.
- Same-Method Policy: Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit. This policy exists as an anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering control.
- Processing Time: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes after approval. Processing times may extend during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
- Pending Wagering: Withdrawal requests cannot be processed while bonus wagering requirements remain outstanding. Active bonus funds must be forfeited or wagering must be completed before withdrawal.
- Right to Review: uubuzz reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending further verification where fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct is suspected.
5. Bonus Terms & Promotional Conditions
uubuzz offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, free spin awards, reload bonuses, and tournament prize pools. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published at the time the promotion is offered.
- Wagering Requirement: All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement, which is the number of times the bonus amount (or, where stated, the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before any derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each individual promotion's terms.
- Welcome Bonus: The uubuzz welcome bonus is available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. One welcome bonus per person, per household, per IP address, and per device. The maximum bonus amount is เงณ20,000 or as otherwise stated on the promotion page.
- Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds and any associated free spins expire after the period specified in the individual promotion terms (typically 7 or 30 days from award). Expired bonus funds are removed from the account without compensation.
- Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage or zero. The contribution schedule is published in the promotion-specific terms.
- Maximum Bet: While bonus funds are active and wagering requirements are outstanding, the maximum permitted bet per round is เงณ1,000 or as stated in the individual promotion. Bets exceeding this limit may void bonus funds and associated winnings.
- Abuse & Collusion: Bonus abuse โ including but not limited to the use of low-risk betting strategies to complete wagering requirements, the opening of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or coordinated play between accounts โ will result in the cancellation of bonus funds, forfeiture of derived winnings, and potential permanent account closure.
- uubuzz Discretion: uubuzz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a promotion prior to its cancellation will have their existing bonus terms honoured unless fraud is suspected.
6. Game Rules, Fair Play & Technical Integrity
All casino games available on the uubuzz Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently audited for fairness and unpredictability. Live dealer games are powered by certified studios including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and are governed by the rules published within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between any rules stated in these Terms and the rules published within a specific game, the game-specific rules shall take precedence in relation to gameplay outcomes.
- Server Records: In the event of any dispute regarding a game outcome, the Company's server-side records shall constitute the definitive and final record of all transactions and game results. Client-side display anomalies do not affect the official outcome.
- Malfunction Policy: In the event of a software or hardware malfunction affecting a game, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to player wallets. Winnings generated during a malfunction period are not payable.
- Prohibited Software: The use of any automated betting software, bot, script, algorithm, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform is strictly prohibited. Such use will result in immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
- Sports Betting Integrity: All sports betting markets are subject to standard trading rules. uubuzz reserves the right to void bets where match-fixing, spot-fixing, or other integrity violations are identified, including retrospectively where such violations are established after settlement.
- Odds & Prices: Odds and prices are subject to change at any time prior to bet placement. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, the odds at the time of placement are locked in. uubuzz reserves the right to refuse or limit bets at its discretion without explanation.
7. Responsible Gaming Obligations
uubuzz is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming. The Company provides tools to help players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time alerts, cooling-off periods, and voluntary self-exclusion. All of these tools are accessible from the account settings menu without requiring contact with support.
- Self-Exclusion: Players may request self-exclusion for a defined period or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, the account is suspended and the player is restricted from creating new accounts on the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours of submission.
- Deposit Limits: Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits require a 7-day cooling-off period before they become active.
- Age Verification: uubuzz has a strict 21+ policy. The Company may suspend any account where there is reasonable suspicion that the account holder does not meet the minimum age requirement, pending satisfactory age verification.

8. Prohibited Conduct & Account Termination
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the uubuzz Platform. Any breach may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances, including any pending withdrawals:
- Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
- Opening more than one account on the Platform, whether under the same or a different identity.
- Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
- Colluding with other players in casino games or exploiting software vulnerabilities.
- Engaging in arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, or any systematic wagering strategy designed to circumvent bonus wagering requirements.
- Charging back or reversing any deposit made to the Platform through a payment provider.
- Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation.
- Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward uubuzz staff or other players via any communication channel.
9. Limitation of Liability & General Provisions
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, uubuzz and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.
- Service Availability: uubuzz aims to maintain Platform availability at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Company accepts no liability for losses attributable to periods of downtime, maintenance, or technical outages.
- Force Majeure: uubuzz shall not be in breach of these Terms and shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control, including acts of god, governmental action, civil unrest, or major infrastructure failure.
- Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to binding arbitration.
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and uubuzz with respect to the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
- Language: These Terms are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
